Francesco, I’ve checked again recently on VIES site, it seems they don’t support anything other than SOAP now, so cURL won’t work, check #18 here.

Glad to tell you that in the new version (just released, 2.5.4) we’ve made changes to meet your needs.
To show parent category, use this:
[alg_product_terms is_parent="yes" taxonomy="product_cat"]
To show child category:
[alg_product_terms is_child="yes" taxonomy="product_cat"]
To show attribute:
[alg_product_terms pick_order="N" taxonomy="product_tag"]
Where N is the number of attribute (you will need to create multiple rows of this based on number of atts.

SOAP is the most reliable method for validation, is there anyway the host can include it?
I will be happy to look further (need wp-admin & probably FTP) to make simple or cURL works, but from time to time, you might get issues on these methods, please contact us at [email protected] to see.

Tax is not added from the plugin itself, you need to go to WooCommerce >> Tax >> Rates and add the desired rate for Taiwan, hope this helps.
