Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a fixed handling fee per item to all orders. You can use the option under Orders > Extra Costs: All Orders and set a Fixed cost or Percent cost. But again this would be per order and not per item.

The extra costs per order are not meant to be shown to the customer or in the cart / checkout.
The option is meant to calculate any extra costs that you might incur and add them to the cost of the order, so in the backend, you get accurate profits.
In your case, for example, it would be:
Selling price – Cost of goods – PayPal fees = Profit. (The PayPal fees here would come from the extra cost option configuration)

There are 2 options for handling fees in the plugin’s setting.
1. Orders > Admin order edit > Item handling fees if you enable this option, if an order has multiple products you can add handling fees for each product when you edit the order.
2. Order > Extra Costs: Per Order > Handling fees if you enable this, the you will get a new meta box in the order edit page and you can add the handling fees for the whole order here.

Unfortunately, at the moment, it is only possible to limit the number of products from a category. For example, if a customer purchases a product X from category A and the limit is 3 for Category A, the customer can buy 3 of product X. It cannot be limited to 1.
But, I have passed your request to our development team. They will look into the viability of this and get back to you. It may take some time though.
For your second question, yes, the plugin works with virtual and downloadable products.

There are a number of ways to achieve this. But here is the most efficient:
-General > Mode > Product Quantities
-Date Range > Last 365 days
-Limits > Per product
-Formula > Limits by formula > EnableThen use a formula such as:
[alg_wc_mppu limit="1" membership_plan="plan_1" product_id="1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8"]
In the formula, product ID put all the 25 product’s IDs. This way people with membership plan “plan_1” will only be able to buy 1 of each product from the specified list of product IDs.

In the plugin’s settings can you please try and enable the option: General > One time activation link if it still does not work is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can try to register/verify the email on your website. You can send your details to [email protected]
For your second question, the only way to resend the link manually is through the Users page in the WordPress dashboard. Under the verified column there is a resend option.

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no option to export reports to Google sheets. You can download some CSV/Excel reports.

If you enable the option General > Verify account for current users all the current unverified users will have to verify their accounts when logging into the site.
They will have the option to resend the verification email.

In the plugin’s settings, please try and enable General > Redirect on failure option.
Also please try and change the options under Advanced > Authenticate filter.
