February 17, 2022 at 10:41 am in reply to: Why are bots able to activate the account even after installing the plugin? #101516Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Actually, one of the major use cases for the plugin is to stop such bogus registrations. It is not possible to skip / workaround the verification process as each user get’s a uniquely generated link in their email for verification.
Are you using the standard WooCommerce / WordPress registration or a plugin?
Here are a few options you could try to enable in the plugin’s settings:
General > Block unverified login
General > Current registered users > Verify accounts for current users
General > One-time activation link > EnableUnder the Compatibility options do check if you have enabled compatibility with any other plugin.
Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

February 3, 2022 at 10:31 am in reply to: Will my limit renew based on the membership subscription plan? #100857Zohaib
ParticipantHi Kateryna,
Here are the steps you would need to follow in order to set this up. In the plugin’s settings :
– General > Mode > Product Quantities
– General > Date range > Last 30 days
– General > Order statuses > Choose the relevant order statuses.
– Formula > Limits by Formula > EnableAnd use a formula such as:
[alg_wc_mppu limit="10" membership_plan="plan1"]
This will set a limit of 10 products per user per 30 days with a “plan1” membership plan. After each 30 days the limit will reset.
It is not possible to set 2 different time limits, meaning you cannot set a a limit of 120 products per year for your annual subscribers and 10 products per month for your monthly subscribers. The date range has to be the same for both membership plans.
For your second question, I have not understood the issue. If a limit of 10 per user per month is set, then why allow them to purchase the 11th time?
February 3, 2022 at 10:13 am in reply to: How can I limit the number of products a customer can purchase in one order? #100860Zohaib
ParticipantHi Veronica,
Here are the steps you would need to follow in order to limit a maximum of 5 items, even though it can be in multiple orders.
1. Create a new category and add all the products that you want to limit to this category. For example “Category A”
2. In the plugin’s settings setup the following options:
– General > Mode > Product Quantitites
– General > Date range > This month
– Limits > Per product Category > Enable
3. Edit the category from Products > Categories > “Category A” and set the Limit per user as 5This will limit the purchase of products in category A to 5 per user. It does not matter if the user purchases these 5 units in one order or multiple orders.
Secondly, to exclude products from the calculation you could either not add them to “Category A” or in the plugin’s settings Advanced > Exclude products and add any products that you want to be excluded here.
It is not possible to exclude a category as a whole.
