The advanced options in Product XML Feeds Manager for WooCommerce apply to every feed and tune performance and template behavior. Find them at WPFactory > Product XML Feeds, on the default General section, in the Advanced Options group. They include the Security Key, the block size for the products query, and a PHP memory limit.
Go to WPFactory > Product XML Feeds (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Product XML Feeds) and stay on the default General section. The advanced options are in the Advanced Options group.
What each option does #
| Setting | Option ID | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Security Key | alg_products_xml_feeds_security_key |
Auto-generated | Protects the external feed-generation URL used by the manual cron command. Regenerate only if it leaks. |
| Block size for products query | alg_products_xml_query_block_size |
512 | How many products are loaded per database query loop. Lower it if large feeds exhaust memory. |
| PHP memory limit | alg_products_xml_php_memory_limit |
0 (ignored) | Memory ceiling in megabytes during generation. 0 leaves the server default in place. |
| PHP time limit | alg_products_xml_php_time_limit |
-1 (ignored) | Seconds allowed per generation run. Set to 0 for no limit; -1 keeps the server default. Applied to each query block. |
| “Raw” input | alg_products_xml_raw_input |
Yes (enabled) | Affects the template fields. When enabled you write real tags (< and >). When disabled, use { and } and the plugin converts them to angle brackets on output. |
| Ajax load filtering option | alg_products_xml_ajax_load_filtering_option |
No | Loads the product, category and tag pickers in the filtering section by search instead of preloading everything. Recommended for high-volume stores. |
| Ajax feed creation | alg_products_xml_ajax_feed_creation_option |
No | Generates the feed in the background with a progress bar, without reloading the page. Useful for large catalogs. |
Note: the “Raw” input default is enabled, so out of the box you write normal XML tags in your templates. Only turn it off if your editor or platform makes angle brackets hard to enter.
All of these settings sit alongside a Reset section settings checkbox and the standard Save changes button. Resetting clears the options in the current section back to their defaults.
