ParticipantHi,
That is not a Cost of Goods plugin-related issue. It is a WooCommerce issue, and you would have to troubleshoot that yourself. Most likely your web hosting resources are exhausted or a plugin / theme issue. Can you try and deactivate other plugins you have one by one and check if it solves your issue.

ParticipantHi,
Can you please resend the screenshot? You can send it to [email protected] if you are unable to blur it.

ParticipantHi Hasan,
I think you are not selecting the right options in the plugin’s settings.
Please have a look at this video.

ParticipantHi,
Just to add, if you purchase the 1 year license and do not renew, the plugin will continue working as normal, but you will stop receiving updates after 1 year.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
You can buy a 1 year license which has to be renewed yearly, or you can buy a lifetime license which is a 1 time payment.

ParticipantHi,
Yes, this should be possible.
You would use the Formula tab int he plugin’s settings and your formula would something like:
[alg_wc_mppu limit="5" user_id="1" term_id="1,2"] [alg_wc_mppu limit="10" user_id="2" term_id="1,2,3,4"] [alg_wc_mppu limit="15" user_id="3" term_id="1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8"]
term_id should be the tag ID

ParticipantHi,
I have passed your request to our development team. They will check the viability of this and get back to you soon.

ParticipantHi,
There is one limitation, which may cause our Pro plugin not showing on its dashboard. The Plugin folder on your server must match the original one, i.e. plugin must be installed in /wp-content/plugins/cost-of-goods-for-woocommerce-pro/ and not for example in /wp-content/plugins/cost-of-goods-for-woocommerce-pro1/ – otherwise our “WPFactory Helper” plugin won’t find it, and won’t display it in its list.

ParticipantHi Hasan,
As mentioned earlier it is not possible to get stock reports by category, and you would have to use advanced methods such as pivot tables in excel to get category stock reports.
I have, however, passed your request to our development team, they will review the viability of this and get back to you soon.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Which reporting software are you using? I can check this with our development team.

ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately, reverting back would not be possible. Did you have a backup?
August 8, 2021 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Is this plugin compatible with the WooCommerce memberships plugin? #100703Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Just to give you an example,
In our “Formula” section, set formula to something like this:
[alg_wc_mppu limit="1" membership_plan="basic"]
Limits basic membership plans to 1 unit
[alg_wc_mppu limit="2" membership_plan="gold"]
Limits gold membership plans to 2 units
This is just an example and the formula would be different depending on your situation.

ParticipantHi,
Can you please share a screenshot of the error you are getting with the WPFactory helper plugin?
You can install the plugin through the WordPress dashboard using the downloaded file. That is without FTP.
In your WordPress dashboard navigate to Plugins > Add New and click on Upload Plugin.
Again the pro version of the plugin should work just fine without the WPFactory Helper plugin. It is only required for automatic updates.

August 4, 2021 at 1:09 pm in reply to: How do I configure the plugin so that the user can purchase only one product? #100711Zohaib
ParticipantHi Vinay,
Apologies for the late reply, I don’t think you should use product tags in your case.
Can you please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products Per user > General.
1. Make sure the plugin is Enabled
2. Set the Mode as Product quantities
3. Select the appropriate date range
4. Select the appropriate order statuses for the maximum limitsThen in the Limits tab, Enable the option for All Products, and set the limit per user as 1.
Hope that helps.
