ParticipantHi,
Not sure if you might have disabled the plugin, but I could not see any messages. Maybe because I am not meeting the maximum limits, can you please let me know the maximum limit.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi Hasan,
Unfortunately, it is not possible with the plugin, however, if you download the stock report from WooCommerce > Reports > Stock > Cost of goods, you can use excel to find the stock values per category. You can either simply apply filters on the columns, or use an advanced method such as pivot tables. Hope this helps.

ParticipantHi,
Can you please delete the free version of the plugin. Download the pro version from https://wpfactory.com/my-account/downloads/ and install the Pro version.
You will also need to generate a key for the pro version from your My Account page. The Key will be entered in the WP Factory Helper plugin.
The pro version of the plugin, should work fine without the key as well. It is only required for automatic updates.

ParticipantHi,
I will reply to you on the Cost of Goods support forum

ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to automatically change the costs. However, you can manually change the costs for that month.

ParticipantHi,
In the plugin’s settings General > Order Statuses add the Cancelled and Refunded status
July 25, 2021 at 3:56 pm in reply to: Why is the limit not working in the translated version of the variable product? #100700Zohaib
ParticipantHi Gabriel,
Your settings are correct. Only one thing you did not mention, In the General > Order Statuses, what order statuses have you set? It might be that when the customer places the order, by default the status is processing and you have not included the processing status in General > Order statuses.
Also can you try and disable the WPML plugin and test. Please let me know if it works and then we can work on a fix for that. If it still doesn’t work it might not be a translation issue.

ParticipantHi Syahruddin,
The reports functions are only available in the premium version of the plugin. However, recently we integrated WooCommerce Analytics as well. In the free version of the plugin, WooCommerce Analytics can show profits and costs.
In your WordPress dashboard navigate to Analytics > Orders you will find a column for profit and costs here.

ParticipantHi Chris,
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to show the variations name in the stock report. However, the report does show the SKU and the variation ID both of these can be used to identify the variation. For example, in your SKU you could simply add the variations name.

ParticipantHi Steven,
There are a couple of things that I would have needed to see on your setup. For example what mode have you set up under general settings.
Is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and I can take a look for you. You can send your details to [email protected]

ParticipantHi,
I will need some more information on:
1. Your plugin’s settings (screenshots would be helpful)
2. Details on what you are trying to achieve with the plugin (Is it just simply a customer can purchase any 2 products a month?)This looks like a wrong setup issue.

ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately, no it is not possible to set the cost of goods as a percentage of the selling price.
There is a workaround though, you can add “Extra Costs” per order as a percentage. But this percentage will be the same for all products.
As for the multicurrency option, it’s not possible to set currency per product. But possible to set exchange rates for currencies. Our plugin is also compatible with Multi Currency for WooCommerce” plugin
You cannot rename the cost of goods to supplier commission.
I suggest you test the free version of the plugin. It will give you a good idea on how the plugin works.
July 22, 2021 at 5:14 pm in reply to: Why are the cost/profit columns not included on the CSV? #89709Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Can you please try in WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Tools & Reports tab, Order tools section and use the Recalculate orders cost and profit option. Then try to export the CSV file again.
