Every feature works in the free version, but only for the eight standard roles (Guest, Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber, Customer and Shop manager). Pro adds all custom user roles registered on your site. See Free vs Pro.

Where are the Coupon by User Role settings?

Go to WPFactory > Coupon by User Role. The same settings are also at WooCommerce > Settings > Coupon by User Role.

What are the requirements for Coupon by User Role?
