Export Products, Orders & Customers for WooCommerce ships five export tools, each aimed at a different data set. This guide explains what each one exports and where to run it, so you pick the right tool the first time.
Where the tools live #
Choose fields under WPFactory > Export (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Export). Run the export either from a section’s own Export button (Products and Customers from Orders) or from the WooCommerce > Export dashboard via Open Tool (Orders, Orders Items, Customers).
The five tools #
| Tool | Exports |
|---|---|
| Export Products | Your catalog: ID, name, SKU, stock, regular/sale/active price, type, attributes, image URLs, descriptions, status, dimensions, tax data, and more (40+ fields). |
| Export Orders | One row per order: ID, number, status, dates, totals and taxes, payment and shipping method, notes, and billing and shipping details. |
| Export Orders Items | One row per line item, with order context: item name, SKU, quantity, tax class, per-line subtotals and totals with and without tax, and item meta. |
| Export Customers | Registered users from the WordPress users table, filtered by role (customer by default): account details, addresses, and roles. |
| Export Customers from Orders | Buyers extracted from orders and identified by billing email, so guest checkouts are included; filterable by date. |
Note: all five tools are free, and each can output CSV or XML. Export WooCommerce Pro adds unlimited custom meta-field columns and a handful of extra fields (Backend Order Notes, lifetime and period spend and counts), not extra tools.
Bonus: importing products #
Beyond exporting, the Import section (WPFactory > Export > Import) can create products from a CSV or XML file. See the product import how-to for the upload and column-mapping steps.
Get more control #
Every export tool is free. Export Products, Orders & Customers for WooCommerce Pro adds unlimited custom meta columns and extra fields across the tools. See what Pro unlocks.
