Thank you for reaching out. It seems like there might be a compatibility issue between the Product Price by Quantity for WooCommerce plugin and Role Based Pricing for WooCommerce by Addify, where quantity-based pricing is overriding other discounts.

To clarify, is “Individual Attendee Collection” a feature of a specific plugin you are using? If it is a third-party plugin, it is necessary to add the meta values of that plugin to our plugin’s settings. This will enable our plugin to recognize and export the required data.
Could you please verify if the meta values for the “Individual Attendee Collection” data have been added to our plugin? Please let us know.

I hope you are well today. An Error 500 typically indicates a server-side issue that can arise due to various factors such as PHP errors or resource limitations. First please ensure that you are using the latest versions of EAN plugin which is version 4.9.6. But if the issue persists, then given the large number of products (60,000), increasing the PHP memory limit might help resolve the issue. Here’s how you can do it:
- Locate your
php.ini
file on your server. If you’re unsure where it is, your hosting provider can assist you. - Look for the
memory_limit
directive inphp.ini
. - Increase the value of
memory_limit
. For example, set it tomemory_limit = 256M
. - Save the
php.ini
file and restart your web server for changes to take effect.
Please give it a try. Let us know if the issue persists.
