    Hello Ralph,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    > Do I have to have a special version of the plugin to shift to pro?

You must install the Pro version of the plugin first in order to use the WPFactory Helper plugin for automatic updates. You can download the Pro version from here. Please log into the website first before using the link.

After installing the plugin, please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > WPFactory. The Email Verification for WooCommerce Pro plugin should be listed there. Then, click on Actions > Set Key, and paste the key into the text field. After that, you should start receiving automatic updates.

I hope you found this information beneficial. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact me.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

I hope you are well today. We’re sorry to know you’re having difficulties.

Please ensure that you are using the latest versions of our plugin(3.6.6) and WooCommerce(6.6.1). Also, the issue could occur as a result of a caching problem. Please clear the cache in your browser. If you’re using a caching plugin, please try and disable it.

However, if the problem persists, then is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access with us so that we can take a look for you? You can send your login details to [email protected]

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Our plugin can help you exactly what you’re looking for. To do that, simply follow to the general steps listed below.

    1. At first, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Min/Max Amount > General. Now, set the Amount limits to Minimum and the Amount types to Sum.

    2. Then go to the Amounts section, set Min sum to 2000 ZAR.

    3. Now go to the Cart Products section, and enable Cart products option.

    4. Finally set the Product Categories > Exclude value to Dot Art Kits and Art Gallery. Then the plugin will check the required minimum amount for all other categories outside these two.

I hope you found this information beneficial. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact us.

    Kind regards,

    Hello Valeria,

Thanks for following up on this.

We’re sorry to let you know that if a person doesn’t register on your site, you can’t set a limit based upon their email address. Tracking their IP address is the only way to achieve that.

    Hello George,

    Thanks for following up.

I think in your case, you should set the Guests option to Block guests from buying products. Then users with only Customer user role will be able to buy 1 product per week.

Please let me know if it doesn’t help.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hello,

I hope you are well today.

To change the logo to the email template, just follow these steps:

1.Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Email and make sure Email options > Email template option is set to WooCommerce. You can then edit the WooCommerce email template and make customization on it.

    2. As a result. you can go to the WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and scroll down to the Email template section, where you may enter the logo’s URL into the Header image input area. We recommend that you use the logo at a width of 300 pixels.

I hope you found this information beneficial. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact me.

    Thanks for following up.

    > except customers can just add two or more products to the cart and order them at once to circumvent the 1 per week limitation.

Could you kindly give us more information on this? Is the limit not working for your logged-in user or for the guest users?

    Please let me know.

    Hello Geoff,

    > Hello, Is there a way to set so that a user can only make a purchase once

Could you kindly elaborate on this? Do you want your new customers to purchase several items at once or only one item overall?

    Hello George,

I hope you are well today.

    > The functionality is applied only when I’m logged in, is not for customers

Could you please elaborate on this? Is the limit not working for your logged-in user or for the guest users?

    > I can increase the quantity of product when I am in Cart Page.

Even if you can increase the quantity on the cart page, you won’t be able to complete the checkout process if the limitations are exceeded.

If you click on the “Update cart” button on the cart page, it will show a message stating that you have exceeded the limitations.

The notice will appear if you attempt to checkout as well.

Please make sure you have the following options enable in the plugin’s settings:

    – Frontend > Validate on Add to cart
    – Frontend > Cart notice > Enable
    – Frontend > Block checkout page

Please let me know if the issue persists.

    Kind regards,

    Moshtafizur
