In such a case, please go to the “Advanced” section and set the “Non-matching order status history” to “Use latest record anyway”. Please give it a try.

We are sorry to let you know that with our plugin, you can only impose on users’s purchases. But you can not restrict how many times a user can download a certain product.

Regarding the variation issue, you have to uncheck the “Use variation” option under the “General” section of the plugin. If the limit doesn’t work, then it might be configuration issue. In such a case, please send the login credentials to [email protected]

To resolve the timeout error during recalculation:
1. “Review Server Logs”: Check server logs through your hosting provider’s control panel or via SSH.
2. “Increase Timeout Limits”: Edit
php.ini
to raisemax_execution_time
or adjust server settings.Please let us know if the issue persists.
