    Hello Scott,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Our plugin seems to be incompatible with ATUM Inventory. However, based on the example you provided, we believe it should not be too difficult to make our plugin compatible with ATUM. So, could you kindly send the plugin’s zip file so we may test it on our end? You can send it to [email protected]

    Best regards,

    Hello,

I hope you are well today.

It looks to be a problem with the WooCommerce plugin. We only offer support for WPFactory plugins.

However, I recommend reading this thread, which appears to be related to your issue, and then reporting the issue to the WooCommerce support page on WordPress.org if the problem persists.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hello,

I hope you are well today. Thank you for purchasing our plugin.

In the plugin’s settings, under the General section, if you enable the Hide Coupon Options > Cart page and Hide Coupon Options > Checkout page, then it will hide the standard coupon input fields on the cart and checkout page for all kinds of users.

I hope this information was helpful to you. Please get in touch with me if you have any queries or need help.

    Hello Elaine,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Our plugin should work with composite products too. To limit your user’s purchase to one per lifetime, please follow the general steps below:

    1. At first, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General and set the Date range to Lifetime and the Order statuses to appropriate order statuses.

    2. Next, navigate to the Limits section and enable the Per product option.

    3. Finally, go to the Formula section and enable the Limit by formula option. Now, let’s say your simple product and composite product have IDs of 30 and 40, respectively. Then, you may use a shortcode such as:

    [alg_wc_mppu product_id="30, 40" limit="1"]

Please give it a try. I hope you found this information helpful. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact me.

    Kind regards,

    Hello Rob,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, that’s possible. This can be achieved in two ways:

    1. Create a Fixed product discount type coupon and add your product to Usage restriction > Products.

Then navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > URL Coupons > General and enable the Add products to cart option. Your customers will then be able to use links such as:

    http://example.com/?alg_apply_coupon=your_coupon

    2. Create a Percentage discount coupon, and use add-to-cart URL param.

Let’s say your product’s ID is 54. Then your customers will be able to use links such as:

    http://example.com/?add-to-cart=54&alg_apply_coupon=your_coupon

You can also customize the alg_apply_coupon URL param name in WooCommerce > Settings > URL Coupons > General > URL coupons key.

I hope this information was helpful to you. Please get in touch with me if you have any queries or need help.

    Hello Riccardo,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We regret to inform you that this is not possible with our plugin. However, I have passed your request to our development team. They will check the viability of this and get back to you as soon as they can.

    Hello Danilo,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We can definitely assist you with this. Please take the following steps:

    1. At first, assign all of your product to tagA,

    2. Then assign some of your items to tagB as well and others to tagC. Now, assume tagA, tagB, and tagC have respective tag IDs of 38, 39, and 40,

    2. Then navigate to  WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General  and set Date range to This day and Order statuses to appropriate order statuses.

    3. Next, navigate to the the Limits section and enable the Per product tag option.

    4. Finally go to the Formula section and enable the Limit by formula option. Then, you may use a shortcode such as

    [alg_wc_mppu user_id="31" term_id="39,40" limit="3"]
    [alg_wc_mppu user_id="31" term_id="38" limit="10"]
    [alg_wc_mppu user_id="32" term_id="39,40" limit="5"]
    [alg_wc_mppu user_id="32" term_id="38" limit="15"]
    [alg_wc_mppu user_id="33" term_id="39,40" limit="7"]
    [alg_wc_mppu user_id="33" term_id="38" limit="20"]

Here, you need to update user_id and term_id attribute.

I hope you found this information beneficial. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact me.

    Hello Kelvin,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Generally, what you are asking is possible. However, the only issue I see is your time limits. Could you please elaborate on this? Are you requesting that customers be allowed to purchase without limits throughout the week but only have one quantity limit on weekends? Please let me know.

However, to set a limit of 1 product and 1 quantity in a category, please follow these general steps:

    1. First assign all the products to a particular category.

    2. Then navigate to  WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General  and set Date range and Order statuses to appropriate values.

    3. Next, navigate to the Limits section and enable the Per product category option.

    4. Finally navigate to Products > Category > Your Category > Edit and set the Limit per user option to 1.

Please get in touch with me if you have any queries or need help.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

You can’t set the limit for a product for a specific amount of time with Order Minimum/Maximum Amount for WooCommerce plugin. For cases like yours, our another plugin Maximum Products per User for WooCommerce would be a better fit. The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce Memberships plugin. It works with both virtual and downloadable products and allows you to set a limit for a specific amount of time. If purchasing limitations are exceeded, the plugin will take necessary action.

So, after activating Maximum Products per User for WooCommerce plugin, please follow the general steps below:

    1. First assign all your digital products to a particular category and let’s say the category ID is 12,

    2. Then please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General. Then select the Date range to This month and set Order statuses to appropriate order status,

    2. Next, navigate to the Limits section and enable Per product category option,

    3. Now go to the Formula section, enable the Limit by formula option and paste shortcode such as

    [alg_wc_mppu limit="20" term_id="12" membership_plan="basic"]

The name of the membership plan will depend on your WooCommerce membership setup.

This limit will rest every month.

I hope you found this information beneficial. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact me.

    Hello Dennis,

I gave your question some more consideration. To reduce the amount for the user when his order is cancelled, under the General section of the plugin’s settings, just select Order statuses:Delete to Cancelled.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello Dennis,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General and set Order statuses to Cancelled. You will need to recalculate sales data after changing Order statuses option. To do so, please go to the Tools section and enable Recalculate sales data, then click on Save changes.

I hope this information was helpful to you. Please get in touch with me if you have any queries or need help.
