ModeratorHi Christian,
First thing to try please is to update the plugin version, the 2.5.4 is almost 10 months old, latest is 2.8.1, you can get it from their account here on WPFactory.com
If you still get the issue after the update, please send us WordPress & WooCommerce versions so we can check further.

ModeratorHi Charis,
Thanks for waiting.
Delighted to tell you that we just launched a new version 2.6.3 where it includes a filtering option based on product type, please update to the latest release, test it, and let us know what you think of it.

ModeratorHi Stuart,
Yes sure, using it on staging should be fine.

ModeratorThanks André, I got it.
Moving these fields to the variations tab is something we’re considering actually, we will start it very soon with simple products first (since there are a lot of fields and don’t want to create a whole new experience which might be confusing for current users), then move standard fields (min/max/step) to variations tab.
Hope this will be cleared in the next 2 releases (during November probably).

ModeratorHello André,
Thanks for the feedback.
Currently it does have a different background for each row, like this.
Can you please explain how you see this presented better? Any visualization will be helpful.

ModeratorHello Damian,
Under General tab, do you have the field marked as required? In this case I would assume you need it optional, but if you still people to fill the field (even on invalid VAT numbers, generally such companies have local VAT numbers), you can tick “Allow checkout on unregistered VAT numbers a bit below that option.
Please let us know if you need any other help.

ModeratorHi Kayo,
We’re really sorry for the delay, we missed your first post by mistake, we don’t leave posts for such long without a response.
So your shop base country is NL, all customers have to pay VAT, registered companies in BE will buy without VAT, regular customers from BE will pay.
Here is what you need to do:
Plugin settings >> Validation & Progress tab >> make sure “Exempt VAT for valid numbers” is ticked, on Preserve VAT, select “Base country” assuming your base is NL, if not, select “Comma separated list” and enter NL in the field after it.
This way, you should be able to achieve the results you need, make sure you add the correct VAT tax for BE under WooCommerce settings >> Tax >> Rates.
Please let us know if you need any further help.

ModeratorHi Hendrik,
Thanks for reporting this, if you have a staging site, please enable wp_debug and then see if you get more detailed messages (errors, code lines) to help us find the root cause.
If you don’t, feel free to contact us at [email protected] with access, we can just enable it for a minute to see what happens then revert it back.
Best,
Omar
WPWhale
ModeratorHello,
Glad to know you sorted out the first issue.
Please elaborate a little more on the 2nd one, what does maximum lock means? Please provide more details so we can assist further.

ModeratorHi Charis (and sorry for the typo in my first response),
I got it, even variables can’t be excluded now, will work on a new option to include (Simple, Variable, Grouped) products in XML.
Will let you know when it’s released.

ModeratorHi Chris,
Thanks for the feedback.
The plugin allows excluding/including based on category/product/tag and more options, you can see them if you scroll down the XML settings page.

ModeratorHi Katerina & Ilias,
I think what you need is now achievable in a recent update of the plugin.
You can customized your variations (nesting them) using a new section that you can see (please update to latest version) under “Variation XML item” section.
Let us know please if you need more help on this.

ModeratorHi Kasia,
Sorry for the delay.
All shortcodes of this plugin are based on item body, not page header info, and to be honest we’ve never saw this need, usually feeds are used to import on other stores (Google, FB, etc.) and they usually don’t require HTTP header info.
If you can send us more details (reference documentation maybe) to [email protected], we will be happy to assist further.

ModeratorHi Kenneth,
Compatibility with newer versions of PHP is something we’re working on, over the past 4-5 releases, we included fixes for issues appearing on several sites (since they are not applicable on all stores), they also included fixes for issues we found ourselves.
Would be happy to include a fix for your issue(s) in the next update, but it would be great if you can provide more info (error messages, code lines, etc..) and share it with us at [email protected]
