You’re referring to “Total Price by Quantity” feature here right? Can you please make sure on General tab >> Force options >> Force on product page, reset to minimum quantity.
If that’s the case, please contact us at [email protected] with wp-admin access, we will be glad to set this up (or fix it if it’s a bug).

Instead of using min & step, you can use Allowed Quantities (under Fixed Quantities tab), enable it per category, and then use 6, 12, 18, 24, etc… on “grouped for this category” field on category level, delete all other settings you have made.

We have multiple things to check here.
First, please go to WooCommerce >> Products >> General >> make sure “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” is ticked.
Then, on plugin settings >> General >> Force options >> Force on archive >> reset to minimum
Also 1 thing seems missing from your setting, on General tab >> “Add to cart” validation >> Validate and add notices
If nothing fixed it for you, please send us wp-admin & FTP access to [email protected] so we can check.

For resellers, almost everything is doable, you can create whatever XML they need, but for suppliers, I’m not sure where the plugin is needed, since it doesn’t import, only generate feeds so that resellers can read from you.
Licenses are the same in terms of functionality, pick the one matches your need (1 site vs multi, yearly vs lifetime), and then send us whatever you need help with, will be glad to walk you through the steps to create XML feeds for resellers.

Unfortunately no, we might be able to do something for links & emails since they have a common format, but phone numbers might be a little harder.
Would you mind please share more details (and examples) of what you want to achieve to [email protected]? We will be glad to look further into this.

You can here use Quantity info tab and show this info and say: Step is %step% containing 60 cells
The thing is that on dropdown, customers can’t select wrong quantities, because you will only show what they are allowed to purchase, maybe it’s just about informing them how packaging is (from what I see, you’re selling standard quantity of 1, each contains 60 cells).

Not exactly this way, because on dropdown there might be different steps (if defined in Fixed Quantities tab).
If you can provide more details on how you’re using the dropdown (max quantity, or fallback, or fixed quantities) so we better understand how the step will be used there, we might then include it in the Quantity Info tab.
