October 4, 2021 at 10:20 am in reply to: How to setup with Currency Switcher For WooCommerce? #88410Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Can you please try in the Manual Min Amount tab > Extra Options > Currencies and leave it blank. Only enable the compatibility with WooCommerce Currency Switcher. Once you enable compatibility the $65 should automatically get converted to the user’s currency.
It is not possible to set different shipping amounts for different currencies and convert them at the same time.

ParticipantHi,
We have a 30-day refund policy and incase you are not happy with the plugin we will issue a refund.
Are you using a plugin to create the product bundles? If yes, can you send us a copy of the plugin and we can test it for you? You can email it to [email protected]
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Currently the plugin is not compatible with Webtoffee import and export. I have passed your request to our development team, they will look at the viability of this and get back to you.

October 4, 2021 at 8:02 am in reply to: Why does the client not receive any notice to verify their email address? #101394Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
The message should show on the page after registration. If you are having trouble with it, In the plugin’s settings General tab Enable the Redirects to a custom URL if an unverified user tries to login option.
You can also use the shortcode
[alg_wc_ev_verification_status]
to show the verification notice on other pages.
If the messages are being sent to spam, you need to check with your hosting provider. Most likely SPF or DKIM records might not be set up correctly.

ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately no, this is not possible with our plugin. You can verify users manually from the WordPress dashboard, but the email will still be sent to the user.

ParticipantHi Lidia,
Yes, it is possible to set limits per product using our plugin. To set this up in the plugin’s settings configure the following options:
General > Amount limits > Minimum
General > Amount types > Quantity
Products > Per product > EnableThen go to edit each product from your WordPress dashboard. You will find a new field for minimum quantity. We have not tested compatibility with WooCommerce bundles.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi Darren,
Yes, it is possible to use our plugin to limit the maximum number of products per category per user. To set this up, in the plugin’s settings configure the following options:
General > Mode > Product Quantities
General > Date range > This year
Limits > Per product category > EnableThen go to each category in Products > Categories and edit each category. You will find a new field for Limit per user. Set the relevant limit.
If you wish historical orders to be part of the calculation, run the Recalculate sales data option in the Tools tab of the plugin’s settings.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Can you please try in the plugin’s settings Advanced > Background Processing > Minimum amount and change this to say 500 or more than the number of orders that you have. Then try to re-run Tools & Reports > Order tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit. This is to trigger liver processing so we can see what happens in this case.
Also, can you please make sure you update to the latest version of the plugin and then try again. If it still does not work then sometimes, this can happen due to insufficient hosting resources. Please re-check your web hosting resources.
Zohaib
ParticipantHi Sean,
First, I’d suggest you to make a backup before anything. It’s never a bad idea
Then, make sure to enable both compatibility options related to Metorik:
– Enable compatibility with Metorik
– Sync cost with_wc_cog_cost
metaThese compatibility options will only update
_wc_cog_cost
meta when you update the cost of your products. If you want to update the_wc_cog_cost
meta from all your current products, you’ll have to:– Access Tools & reports > Product Import Costs Tool > Meta key replaced
Here you should setup the Key to import from as_alg_wc_cog_cost
and Meta key replaced as_wc_cog_cost
.– After that you should go to the Tools > Import costs page and click on the Import button
You just need to run the import tool only once. After that, if the Metorik compatibility options are enabled, the meta will be updated automatically.

Is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you? You can send your details to [email protected]
Also if you could share any error log from your hosting account it might help us troubleshoot the issue.
