February 1, 2022 at 11:36 am in reply to: Why is the notice not displaying correctly on the cart page? #100850
Zohaib
ParticipantHi James,
Could it be that the limits are not set up correctly in that case?
Also, have you tried the options under Frontend > Product limit message ? Using these options you can display the limit message on the product page. Please let me know if this works and the cart notice still does not work.

ParticipantHi Nita,
The design of the message is controlled by your theme. Depending on what you select in Frontend > Cart Notice > Notice/Error/Success
The error/notice/success message are from your theme.
February 1, 2022 at 11:28 am in reply to: How can I set different date ranges for per product tag? #100846Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have 2 different time ranges for the maximum limits. Only one time range is possible.

ParticipantHi,
The message is not updating on the cart page or on the product page.
To edit the plugin’s settings Frontend tab there are 2 fields for the customer message. Please try and change both of them.
January 25, 2022 at 3:34 pm in reply to: How can I limit a product’s purchase to only certain users? #100842Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
To restrict users from purchasing a product for example, 333 to 5,6,7,8 use the following formula
[alg_wc_mppu limit="-1" user_id="5,6,7,8" product_id="333"]
This formula will not allow users 5,6,7 and 8 to buy the 333 product. The key is to use -1 as the limit if you don’t want them to buy that product.
January 24, 2022 at 12:46 pm in reply to: Why does it seem to change product prices on frontend? #89885Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
I’m sorry I have not understood your question. The Cost of Goods are never displayed in the front end of the website.
Please can you elaborate your issue a little more?
January 19, 2022 at 10:28 am in reply to: How can I skip the order total requirement for a particular shipping zone? #93156Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Please try and set the minimum sum for UK as -1 instead of zero.
While on the cart page notices will be updated automatically when user changes shipping method or zone, the checkout page behaves differently and notices are not updated automatically. Currently, you can use these solutions to this problem:- Enable “Block checkout page” option in the General section. This way, the customer will never reach the checkout page, and instead, he will be seeing the notices on the cart page (which are working normally).
- Disable “Checkout notices” option in the Messages section. This way, if order amount will be wrong, the customer will see the correct notice when he will click “Place order” button.
- You can also optionally set “Additional positions” option there to e.g. “Order review: Payment: Before submit button” or any other position that is updated automatically when the user changes the shipping method or zone.
You’ll probably want to keep Validate on add to cart, Hide “add to cart” button options (in General section) disabled, so your customer would have a chance to change shipping method on exceeded amounts.
Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

ParticipantHi Jeanine,
First, in the plugin’s settings, Tools & Reports > Analytics > Stock tab, Enable the options here. Then in your WordPress dashboard go to Analytics > stock
You will find products that don’t have a price but have a cost here. You can export this report.
Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

ParticipantHi,
For anyone else having this issue, please ensure all your variations have a sale price. If there is no sale price for the product the update cost function might not work correctly.
