    Hello Chris,

    I hope you are well today. We’re sorry to know you’re having difficulties.

    To fix the issue please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Amount Left for Free Shipping > Advanced and enable Advanced options > Clear notices option.

    I hope that was helpful. However, if the issue continues, please let me know.

    Hello George,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you kindly provide more information about the query? Do you want the limit to apply to all of your users or just one in particular?

    Kindly let me know.

    Hello Valeria,

    I hope you are well today.

    You may use our plugin to track non-registered users’ IP addresses to limit their purchases as well. To do so, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General and set Guests option to Identify guests by IP address.

    Please try it out. Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello Adley,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We regret to inform you that you can’t bulk edit product sale prices based on the cost of the products at this moment. However, our developers are working on adding this feature. This feature will be included in a future plugin release.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hello Hadi,

    I am glad to know the problem has been resolved.

    > I have updated the plugin, though it wasnt among those requiring updates.

    You may not be receiving update notifications because the WPFactory Helper plugin might not be installed on your website. To receive automatic updates, you must install the WPFactory Helper plugin. You can download the plugin here.

    After installing the plugin, go to the My Account Page, paste your website URL, and click on the Generate key. After generating the key, paste the key into the WPFactory Helper plugin, and you will start to receive automatic updates.

    I hope that helps. Please consider leaving a review here if you were happy with the service.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hello Pak,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Our plugin might work with the Price Based in Country plugin.

    It is expected to update totals automatically whenever the country/region field is changed. To force a refresh, you might add the following code to your functions.php file:

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_checkout_fields', function ( $fields_sections ) {
        $fields_sections['billing']['billing_country']['class'][] = 'update_totals_on_change';
        return $fields_sections;
    }, PHP_INT_MAX );

    I would also suggest you test compatibility with the free version of our plugin first. You can download the free version of the plugin here.

    P.S. The plugin also has a built-in multi-currency feature, which is only available in the Pro version of the plugin. It allows you to specify different amounts for different currencies.

    I hope you found this information beneficial. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact me.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Could you please elaborate on this? Where should users be redirected if a product is out of stock?

    Hello Jeroen,

    I hope you are well today.

    Our plugin is not compatible with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. We may, however, try to make our plugin compatible with the WooCommerce Subscription plugin for you. In that case, kindly send us the plugin’s zip file to [email protected] so that we may test it on our end.

    However, if you want me to proceed with the refund, then please send us the order ID to the email I just stated.

    Best regards,
    Moshtafizur

    I hope you are well today. We’re sorry you are experiencing difficulty.

    Could you kindly ensure that the emails are not being filtered as spam? You may need to contact your hosting provider and potentially configure DKIM or SPF records if they are going to spam.

    Update: If anyone else is interested – Mr. Daniel sent the login credentials. As a result, I was able to log in to his dashboard. I noticed that the free version of the plugin was also activated. That was the source of the issue. After deactivating the plugin, the notice on the mini-cart starts appearing.

    However, If the problem persists, would it be possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access so we can take a look for you? You can send your details to [email protected]
