Hi @peter,
Sorry for the inconvenience, we’re rebuilding the docs for that plugin, for the time being, please find the necessary shortcodes here:
https://wpfactory.com/kb/price-by-quantity-dynamic-pricing/

Okay, to get a better understanding of what happens, please send us at [email protected] and include a screen recording (showing your settings) and what happens on checkout, we will be more than glad to help further.

Hi Andrzej,
The plugin functionality doesn’t control VAT rates (it has a tool that automates this, but not something enforced by the plugin), to change & control VAT rates, it has to be done on WooCommerce >> Tax >> Rates.
If you still think this has something to do with how our plugin operates, please provide a little more info so we can help further.

Hi Kristian,
Glad to know it’s working fine for you now, the issue could be due to text being not appearing correctly here in the editor.
Let us know if you need any other help.

October 18, 2023 at 11:42 am in reply to: All in One Product Quantity for WooCommerce plugin bugs when step is set to Pro #126306Hello Kevin,
Please download latest version from your account here on WPFactory, then upload it to your website, most probably this will fix the issue, if not, please let us know and probably we will need wp-admin access to check it, please share access at [email protected]
As for updating the plugin automatically, please check our WPFactory Helper page for instructions.

Hello Neil,
If I’m getting this right, you just need to disable a category from the whole plugin settings (anything in that category doesn’t count into min/max values).
To do this, go to Advanced >> Exclude plugin by category, and from there select the category to be excluded.
I hope this solves the issue, if not, let me know with a little more details please.

July 23, 2023 at 2:19 pm in reply to: Out of stock when stock is less than the minimum quantity #120695Hi Judy,
As Mosh mentioned, we currently don’t have this feature, but to make up the delay in getting back to you, we will be happy to include this in the next plugin release.
We will let you know when it’s released.

Hi Tomasz,
Can you please provide more details on how you’re setting up the translation? The link is showing error 404 and we’re unable to verify the issue.

Hi Anatoly,
If you’re referring to WP HTML Mail plugin, then we might not be able to help since it’s not our plugin. Or you’re referring to “Custom Emails for WooCommerce”? That’s ours, please let us know which one you’re referring to.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for providing this feedback.
We would love to look into this, but as we don’t currently have licenses for these plugins, can you please send us to [email protected] a wp-admin & FTP access, also it would help if you provide steps to replicate the case (do we have to signup as friend and use links to see the issue?).
Thanks,
Omar
Hi Michal,
You can try adding the field manually using field_id:
_billing_eu_vat_number
Please let us know if this doesn’t solve the issue.
Omar
Hi Ana,
No, these aren’t ours, shortcodes created by our plugin starts with alg_wc_pq_
Please let us know if you have any other question or you need further help.
Omar
Not at all, glad to know it’s solved now.
Omar
Hi,
Sorry for missing the first email.
The fix was added to the plugin, but it might be a recent update of Woo that stopped it from working, please send us more details about the case on your store (or easier, just a screen recording) to [email protected] and we will check & fix that.
