ParticipantHi,
I am just trying to understand your set up a little better to be able to help you.
Is it a must for customers to buy a membership first? Can they buy products without a membership?
If they can buy products without a membership, is the minimum spend of 200 still required?

ParticipantHi Doug,
That does not look like it might be an issue from our plugin. I can however, check for you. Is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and I can take a look for you?
You can send your details to [email protected]

ParticipantHi Doug,
Can you please check in the plugin’s settings, Messages tab, what messages have you set there? Can you share a screenshot of the Messages tab?
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
It is possible because at the moment our plugin is not compatible with Admin Columns plugin. Is it possible for you to send us a copy of the Admin Columns plugin and we can check if compatibility is possible?
You can send a copy to [email protected]

August 27, 2021 at 5:55 am in reply to: How can I limit a user from buying more than one product from a category? #93066Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Our plugin Maximum Products per User might be better suited for that.

ParticipantHi,
Yes this should be possible with our plugin. Here is how the setup might look like:
In the plugin’s settings General tab you would, Amount Limits as Maximum and Amount types as Quantity.
Then in the products tab of the plugin’s settings you would enable the Per product category option.
Then you would edit the Online Classes Category and set the maximum limit as 1.
However, this would be a lifetime limit of maximum 1 class per user.
If you would like to set the maximum limit to 1 for a certain time period in that case our plugin, Maximum Products per User might be better suited.

ParticipantHi,
In the plugin’s settings Advanced tab please try and change the option under Authenticate filter. Also in the Advanced tab can you try and enable the Custom “logout” function
Zohaib
ParticipantHi
Can you please make sure you have Enabled the option under WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Products > Add Stock > Add “Cost of Goods: Add stock” meta box to the product edit page
Then please have a look at this screenshot to see what screen option you need to enable on the product edit page: https://i2.paste.pics/DNR7B.png
August 25, 2021 at 11:30 am in reply to: Why is the limit not enforced when updating the quantity in the side cart? #100727Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Can you please let me know if you are using a plugin for the side cart or does it come with your theme and which theme your are using in that case?
Also you could try and Enable the Block Checkout Page option in the plugin’s settings in the Frontend tab. This would at least prevent users from reaching the checkout page if the limits are not met.
August 25, 2021 at 11:14 am in reply to: Why am I unable to be verified after clicking the activation link? #101363Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
There are a couple of settings that you could try and change to help fix the issue. First for the activation link not working, In the plugin’s settings General tab > Activation Link can you please confirm your settings there. Have you activated the one-time activation link option and have you set an expiry time?
In the Advanced settings tab please try and change the option under Authenticate Filter
In the Email tab can you please try and change the Email sending trigger option to either On user register or on WooCommerce created customer

August 24, 2021 at 9:51 am in reply to: Why are guests still allowed to purchase products even after the configuration? #100720Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
In the plugin’s settings General > Mode when you use product orders that means the limits will be per customer orders. Is this what you need?
Secondly General > Block Guests from buying products > Block Method what do you have there?
Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
Happy to hear it is working for you now.
