Name Your Price: Make Your Own Offer for WooCommerce adds a Make an offer button to your products so shoppers can propose their own price. You review each offer and accept, reject or counter it. Settings are at WPFactory > Price Offers (also reachable at WooCommerce > Settings > Price Offers), and offers are listed under Offers.
What it does #
Name Your Price turns a fixed price tag into a negotiation. It works like this:
- The shopper clicks Make an offer on a product page. A popup form asks for their price and email, plus their name and a message by default.
- You receive an email, and the offer is saved in the Offers dashboard with the status Open.
- You choose Reject, Accept, Counter or Cancel. The shopper gets an email for the action you picked.
- Accept and counter emails contain a link that adds the product to the cart at the agreed price. After purchase, the offer can move to Completed automatically.
Common uses: reaching buyers who hesitate at the listed price, clearing slow-moving stock, and selling items where price is usually negotiated.

FAQ #
Can I show the offer button to logged-in customers only? #
Yes, free. Set User visibility to Logged-in users only on the General section. See restrict the Make-Offer button.
Does an accepted offer change the product price for everyone? #
No. The agreed price applies only when the product is added to the cart through the link in the accept or counter email. The product’s normal price does not change.
Can offers be accepted automatically? #
Yes, with Pro. Auto-Accept accepts offers at or above a minimum price you set, globally or per product, and Auto-Reject declines offers at or below a maximum price.
Does it work with multi-vendor marketplaces? #
Pro includes a Dokan multi-vendor option on the Compatibility section. See Name Your Price with multi-vendor plugins.
